MIO mobile plans
with unlimited data

 
The miniMIO, midiMIO and maksiMIO plans are available to all new subscribers and existing subscribers of A1 Slovenija (in accordance with the Agreement on providing a special benefit, if they already concluded one). 

The miniMIO price plan includes unlimited calls, SMS and MMS messages and an unlimited amount of data allowance in Slovenia. After reaching 20 GB of data transfer in the billing period, the data transfer speed is reduced to 2/1 Mb/s. For data allowance in EU/EEA countries, the price plan includes 16,239 MB at the speeds allowed by the foreign network. It also includes 1 month of A1 Xplore Music by Deezer, HBO MAX or VOYO at no extra cost.
The midiMIO price plan includes unlimited calls, SMS and MMS messages and an unlimited amount of data allowance in Slovenia. After reaching 200 GB of data transfer during the billing period, the data transfer speed is reduced to 2/1 Mb/s. For data allowance in EU/EEA countries, the package includes 21,643 MB at the speeds allowed by the foreign network. It also includes 6 months of A1 Xplore Music by Deezer, HBO MAX or VOYO at no extra charge.
The maxiMIO price plan includes unlimited minutes of calls, SMS and MMS messages and an unlimited amount of data allowance in Slovenia. After reaching 500 GB of data transfer during the billing period, the data transfer speed is reduced to 2/1 Mb/s. For the use of data allowance in EU/EEA countries, the package includes 29,227 MB at the speeds allowed by the foreign network. It also includes 12 months of A1 Xplore Music by Deezer, HBO MAX or VOYO at no extra charge.
Part of the MIO price plan is also the automatic lease of 1 GB of data transfer at a price of EUR 9.99, which is activated only when data allowance is used while roaming with selected partner operators in more than 50 countries outside the EU/EEA (the current list, which is supplemented, can be found at https://www.a1.si/seznam-drzav). The 1 GB lease can be used exclusively within the networks of the listed operators and only within the same billing period. Outside the specified networks, the lease is not valid and data transfer is charged in accordance with the current price list. 

The MIO plans are intended for general use on a mobile phone. Data rates are limited by the capabilities of the device used, network conditions, and the current traffic on the base station. All plans support full LTE speeds of up to 200/50 Mbps until the amounts, specified in an individual plan, are used up. 
All prices include VAT. The use of all  MIO subscription plans is governed by the General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication services for consumers or General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic communication services for legal persons and sole proprietors, Special terms and conditions for providing mobile services and the Description of MIO subscription plans, which are, together with the prices of services, and the terms and conditions for extending subscriber agreements, available by calling 040 40 40 40, at A1.si, and at A1’s points of sale.  

 The multiMIO discount is available to subscribers of all MIO and A1 Vajb plans who connect in a joint invoice: 

• several mobile, or 
• A1 mobile and fixed plans.  

multiMIO discount brings users €1 to €3 discount on the monthly subscription fee on MIO and A1 Vajb plans as long as at least two plans are joined, with at least one of them being a MIO or an A1 Vajb plan.  

• 2 connected plans (of which at least one MIO or A1 Vajb) = €1 multiMIO discount on the monthly subscription fee of MIO/A1 Vajb plans 
• 3 connected plans (of which at least one MIO or A1 Vajb) = €2 multiMIO discount on the monthly subscription fee of MIO/A1 Vajb plans 
• 4 connected plans (of which at least one MIO or A1 Vajb) = €3 multiMIO discount on the monthly subscription fee of MIO/A1 Vajb plans

multiMIO discounts are applied to up to 4 MIO or A1 Vajb mobile numbers on a joint invoice. The savings of €144 per year are the sum of monthly discounts from multiMIO, if the joint invoice connects 4 MIO or A1 Vajb plans (a €3/month discount for every connected subscription plan).

The plans that mobile users can connect into the discount are: all subscription plans for mobile services and fixed services plan: A1 Kombo, A1 Fix net, A1 Net + TV, A1 Brezžični net, A1 Brezžični net + TV, A1 Domači net, A1 Ultra Net or A1 Ultra Net + TV.  multiMIO discount applies to connected subscription plans on a joint invoice. Signing a lock-in agreement is not a condition for obtaining a discount. Users are also notified about the activation/deactivation/increase/reduction of their discount by SMS. The multiMIO discount is not applicable together with A1 Connect discount. If a joint invoice is separated, the discount is reduced or removed for all MIO/A1 Vajb mobile numbers that are no longer on a shared invoice. A condition for the joint invoice is the same tax number (the same subscriber for all the services).  

What is mutliMIO? 
multiMIO is a discount for subscribers to MIO and/or A1 Vajb subscription plans, who combine several mobile or mobile and fixed plans from A1 on a joint monthly invoice. 

Does multiMIO discount apply for every telephone number on a shared invoice. 
No. multiMIO discount only applies to MIO and A1 Vajb mobile subscription plans. However, legacy plans also count towards the total number of connected plans. You can connect up to 4 plans.   
Example: A user connects the midiMIO and A1 Go! plans. M in multiMIO discount with two connected numbers brings €1 discount to the midiMIO plan. If a user connects miniMIO and midiMIO plans in a joint invoice, they receive €1 discount on both plans.  

Which fixed and mobile plans can be combined on a single invoice in order to obtain the multiMIO subscription fee discount? 
Fixed services include the following plans: A1 Kombo, A1 Fix net, A1 Net + TV, A1 Brezžični net, A1 Brezžični net + TV and A1 Domači net, A1 Ultra Net or A1 Ultra Net + TV; mobile services include all mobile plans; however, at least one of them must be MIO or A1 Vajb (only MIO and A1 Vajb plans receive the discount). 

What happens when I have two old mobile plans and one MIO plan on the same invoice? What is the mutliMIO discount?  
You receive €2 discount on your MIO monthly subscription fee. Because three plans are combined in a single joint invoice, this brings a €2 multiMIO discount; however, this discount only applies to the MIO plans. 

What happens when I have two A1 Go! plans, one fixed A1 Kombo and one MIO plan on the same invoice? How much multiMIO discount am I entitled to, and what happens with the A1 Connect discount? 
Because four plans are combined in a single joint invoice, this brings a €3 multiMIO discount, however, this discount only applies to the MIO plans. You are still entitled to €2 A1 Connect discount on both A1 Go1! plans, as your joint invoice also has the fixed service A1 Kombo plan (which is the condition for the A1 Connect discount). 

Do I receive a notification when the multiMIO discount is activated or deactivated?
Yes, when discounts are activated or deactivated you receive an SMS message, as well as when the multiMIO discount is increased or reduced.  

What happens to data transfer speeds after the allowance for the highest speeds is used up? 
Speed is reduced to 2/1 Mbps until the end of the billing cycle, then full speeds are restored.   

Are mobile services still useful at 2/1 Mbps speeds? 
The 2/1 Mbps speeds are enough for using social networks, web browsing and watching video content in SD (e.g. YouTube). You will receive a notification by SMS on reduced speeds.  

How many entertainment streaming services can I have with the MIO plan? 
You can have several entertainment streaming services. You get to use one streaming service free of charge for 12 months on the midiMIO, or one service for 24 months on the maksiMIO plan. Other entertainment streaming services are billed according to price list.  

Can I switch my streaming service during the promotional period (6 or 12 months)? 
No, it is possible to switch streaming services. 

Do Senior users also receive any benefits with the new plans? 
Senior users who present a card from the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute of Slovenia receive a €1 discount on their MIO monthly subscription fee. Senior discount can be combined with the multiMIO discount. 

As a MIO subscriber, how many devices can I have sharing my data allowance using the 2.SIM plan? 
Subscribers with midiMIO and maksiMIO plans can conclude the 2.SIM plan for sharing their data allowance on a second device. The midiMIO plan supports one 2.SIM plan, while maksiMIO plan supports two 2.SIM plans. 

I am already a subscriber. I also have the Dodatni plan at a promotional price (e.g. €5/month).  What happens if I switch to the MIO plan? 
If you switch your primary plan to a MIO plan, the Dodatni plan is automatically switched to the miniMIO plan. Any past discounts on the Dodatni plan are discontinued when switching to miniMIO. 

Can I conclude a Dodatni plan on a MIO plan?  
No, the Dodatni plan is not compatible with MIO plans.

Can I use my MIO data allowance abroad?
Roaming in EU/EEA countries: you can also use part of the data allowance included in your package without extra charge in EU/EEA countries, namely the miniMIO package includes 16,239 MB, the midiMIO package 21,649 MB and the maxiMIO package 29,227 MB, data transfer that you can use it in EU/EEA countries without paying any surcharges. Consumption above this amount is charged at EUR 1.891 per GB.

Roaming in countries outside the EU/EEA: When roaming with selected operators in 50+ countries outside the EU/EEA, a 1 GB data lease is automatically included. The automatic lease of 1 GB for the price of €9.99 is activated only if you are roaming within the specified networks in one of the countries and at the same time use data. You can use the lease of 1 GB of data transmission abroad until the end of the individual billing period in which the lease was activated. 1 GB will be leased again after the previous lease has been used up, but no more than 2 times in a single billing period. After using up the last of the two leases, the data transfer in roaming will be disabled.
